A late August visit to the city was inspiring..
We had a lunch in Nyhavn in a cosy restaurant from 1800th century..
..but saw quite the opposite too.
Modern architecture..
The view from the sea is something to recommend.
An old silo for instance was rebuilt to apartments.
This is typical Copenhagen:
to create something new out of something old.
